1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order by filling out the Order Now form on our website. Let us know:

  • Which item you’d like (t-shirt, tote bag, or mug)
  • Your design idea, or upload a file or inspiration photo
  • Any specific colours, fonts, or sizes

We’ll create a custom design draft and send it to you for approval before production begins. A deposit is required to get started, and the remaining balance can be paid upon delivery or pickup.

2. How long will my order take?
Turnaround time is typically 3–5 business days once your design is confirmed. For larger or more complex orders, we’ll let you know if additional time is needed. Rush options may be available—just ask!

3. How is my order shipped or delivered?
We currently service Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph.

  • Local pickup or delivery within these areas can be arranged.
  • Shipping outside of Guelph is available and shipping fees will apply. We’ll provide a quote based on your location before finalizing your order.

4. What material are the t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are made from 100% ringspun cotton, offering a soft, comfortable feel and long-lasting quality. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and ideal for custom printing.

Certified under the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 for trusted fabric quality.

5. What material are the tote bags made of?
Our tote bags are made from 100% cotton with a durable and lightweight feel—perfect for everyday use, errands, or gifting. They feature strong webbed handles for comfortable carrying and long-lasting use. The fabric holds prints well and is ideal for custom designs.

They’re reusable, eco-friendly, and easy to carry wherever you go.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since we don’t operate out of a retail store and many of our items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, if there’s any issue with your order, please reach out — we’re happy to help make it right!
